Terms of Service.
Last updated 26 April 2026
These terms govern your use of stonifi.co.uk (the marketing site). Use of the products themselves (Stonifi CX Platform, Stonifi Mail Hub, Stonifi Studio engagements) is governed by separate Master Subscription Agreements or Statements of Work signed with Stonifi Ltd. By using this site you agree to the terms below.
Who we are
Stonifi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: TBD. Contact: legal@stonifi.co.uk.
Use of the site
You may browse stonifi.co.uk for information about Stonifi and its products. You may not use the site to: send unlawful or harmful content; attempt to compromise our systems; scrape content for redistribution; or impersonate Stonifi or its staff. We may rate-limit or block automated traffic that affects performance for others.
Product use is governed separately
Use of Stonifi CX Platform, Stonifi Mail Hub, or any Stonifi Studio engagement is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SoW) — not by these site terms. If there is a conflict between these site terms and your MSA / SoW, the MSA / SoW prevails for product matters.
Intellectual property
All content on stonifi.co.uk — including text, design, code samples, screenshots, logos, and the Stonifi name — is owned by Stonifi Ltd or licensed to us. The Stonifi marks may not be used without written permission. Open-source code we publish is governed by the licence in its repository.
Demos, prototypes, and forward-looking statements
Pages such as the roadmap, mockups in product pages, and copy describing planned features are forward-looking. They reflect current plans but are not commitments. Dates and scope can change. We mark in-flight items honestly — "early access", "in progress", "planned" — and you should not rely on un-shipped features when making purchasing decisions.
Third-party links and services
stonifi.co.uk links to third-party services (stonifi.cloud, stonifi.online, partner integrations). We are not responsible for third-party content or availability. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
stonifi.co.uk is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Information about regulatory compliance (ZATCA, GOSI, SAMA, GDPR, etc.) is for orientation only and does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonifi Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to GBP 100. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court. Customers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE: your product MSA may specify a different governing law and dispute-resolution forum — refer to that agreement for product matters.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on stonifi.co.uk at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
