Last updated 26 April 2026
This page explains what cookies and similar storage we use on stonifi.co.uk, what they do, and how you can control them. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy. We keep cookies to the minimum needed to make the site work and to understand how it is used.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It can be "session" (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" (kept for a set duration). The same applies to similar technologies like localStorage.
Cookies we set
Strictly necessary:
• STONIFI_LOCALE — remembers your language preference (en-GB, ar, fr). 365 days. Set the first time you change language.
Functional:
• stonifi-currency — remembers your preferred display currency on the pricing page (SAR, GBP, USD, AED, EUR). 365 days. localStorage, not a cookie strictly speaking.
Analytics:
• None today. If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated and you will be asked for consent first.
Third-party cookies
stonifi.co.uk does not currently embed third-party iframes, ad networks, or social-media tracking pixels. If we add fonts from Google Fonts or similar at runtime, those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How to control cookies
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time using your browser's settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely or block them per site. Blocking the STONIFI_LOCALE cookie will reset your language preference each visit but will not break the site.
Changes
We will update this policy if we add new cookies or change how we use the existing ones. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current state.
